The pros about the music business are the people….
That is what motivates me to create new music, and create videos is to connect with people through music around the world. Nothing brings me more joy than to get a message from someone saying a song I wrote means something to them. The only con that I have found is the struggle of trying to break through the barrier of noise to get heard. Every artist has a voice with the internet, including ourselves which is a wonderful thing. To get heard, not only you have to create good music, but you also must have a good promotional budget on top of it.

Odin’s Wrath…
The song is about the mythological Norse god Odin’s challenges he has faced during his reign.
Musically, the song started began writing the opening riff. I was working on a melody line, and the riff came together. I built the rest of the song around the opening riff as the central point. Then we added the drums and the bass lines to the song. After the music was completed Chris wrote the lyrics. Then we edited the lyrics to fit the music.

Our EP “Rise of the Fallen Gods”…
is full fledge metal assault from start to finish. The EP is a trilogy into Norse mythology that tells a story. Musically it blends the different metal genres of death metal, black metal, thrash metal, and some influence of power metal. This blend makes the sound of the band unique.

The band is based in Jacksonville, Florida…
The music scene in Jacksonville is small, but very supportive. Venues like 1904 Music Hall and Jack Rabbits, give a lot of opportunities to up and coming artists.

I would love to have five minutes with Steve Harris from Iron Maiden…
Besides being the leader of one of the most successful bands in history, but also, he has seen all the trends come and go. I would love to learn from his business and writing experience.
