You will never know your limits until you push yourself to them. I’ve always risen up to the occassion and pushed myself for greatness. I want to inspire others to do the same. When you push yourself, you get to know your limits and hopefully can find new ways to exceed them. Both in life and work, you can’t complain about hardships, you just have to do what it takes to get that job done.

What defines “Success” to you….
World Wide deliverance and promotion of my positive message. As a weight trainer,  I am blessed to be able to influence people’s lives through being a great example of health and fitness. The training has taught me how to have discipline and how hard work can give back big rewards.
I believe that there is no real end to our journey so I’m always willing to do what it takes to make things happen and I try to enjoy my time.
