I started singing…
when I was only three years old and I started to enjoy writing songs at the age of 10. Music has always been a part of me! I fell In love with music at a very young age. Singing and music in general are my true passions! Playing the keyboard was how I started doing music the way I wanted to, mixing together soul, pop and R&B.

I am pursuing a musical career…
in my father’s memory. He wanted me to become a successful recording artist before he passed away in 2013. Since then, I keep on reaching for that dream! My age is nothing but a number and I know I am still young enough to do it.

I live in Palm Coast, FL…
The music scene in Palm Coast is quite different than the one in Orlando and Daytona Beach. I usually work with a local band called “Steam The Band”. Even though I do have fun working with this group, I still aspire to become a recording artist on my own and make hits as a solo artist. I love living in Palm Coast because I get to spend time with my family, my mother, my sisters and my niece who all live close by.

I continue to challenge myself by…
presenting myself, which I do with the help of several promotion websites, recording studios as well as A&R labels. I will never stop challenging myself!

I am most afraid of…
not making it into the music business. However, I know God gave me this talent to use anywhere I go.

Becoming famous is…
my personal definition of success!!

Social media allows me to…
interact more with fans, people and to even make friends. However, interacting with new Facebook and Twitter artists was definitely a challenge that I had to overcome.

I create my music with…
a digital music keyboard only.

“Justin Whalin” is…
a song I wrote back in 1994. I was 18 at the time and I was already becoming a huge fan of this actor. However, 14 years later, I still had no recording versions or demos of this song, so I decided to take it to the recording studio with a good friend of mine named Josh Cobb who also lived in Palm Coast. We worked on it together and he even did an amazing guitar solo that was included in the song. After five hours of working on the song in the recording studio, “Justin Whalin” was finally done! The song was then released in 2009.
