There are a lot of crooks out there but there are still some out there that are passionate about the music and like to help out and keep the business honest..
Pros and cons…
so far loading and unloading gear sux but hey its part f it, and some of the places ya go don’t appreciate that you drove 2 3 hrs or more to get there.. but then some places really support and that’s worth a lot in my book.
Hurdles and pitfalls…
Never giving up and pushing thru and writing more!!
Social media…
great way to get stuff out there and stay in contact with fans and Clubs and such.
Overcoming Challenges…
always something in the way but you push thru it.
Growing up I had a Father and uncle that were very into music…
My uncle could jam on the Guitar and My pop could sing his ass off.. Also around middle school had friends that were in bands and a couple of them had this thing and they needed a singer and I just happened to be in the back seat of my friends car singing along to some Metallica Kill em all album when they asked me if I had ever thought about singing in a metal band.
Devil in a Cadillac…
Rocking out and going to concerts and the fun you can have and maybe the way other groups out there may perceive what you are doing. The funny thing was that our bass player at the Time Andy Kind of named the tune before I ever had lyrics Written for it.. after while it was Devil in a Cadillac 1 thru 10 in his eyes..
Well as of right now we are set to go into the studio in the new year to record a full CD…
what you have heard is off a 4 song demo we put out. Music is not just about getting popular or making shitloads of money you’ll never be able to spend in your lifetime, Its about making Fans ( new Friends as we like to say) and giving them your all whenever you put on a show or put out new music. Its Passion and quality music for the masses of metal fans left in the world.
We are located in Central Florida…
( Orlando/ Tampa , The scene is ok It has its ups and its downs but there are true fans around here you just have to get to them and keep them informed.
I am a guy.. no JK… Really like amusement parks and of course seeing live shows when able.
I would love to have 5 minutes alone with….
The late great Dime bag, he was always really cool to see and meet after the shows. He is a legend and down to earth and crazy as hell… always up… Missed!!
Current and trendy…
I love the under ground just as in the 80’s and 90’salways something worth hearing, Trendy bands or Cookie cutter bands Just sometimes come off as having no passion or heart for the music.
I am most afraid of… Spiders and Burning
My personal definition of success is..
Just making enough in music to do it full time while paying bills and playing some big fest’s. Still working on that we may have news about that soon… and then I can explain..
My over all goal for my life & career is…Playing and writing full time
3 Ways that I challenge myself…
1)Always to push forward hard
2)Make contact wherever and whomever
3) To stay positive even when things are looking the worst they could be and perform as if nothing is wrong.
