My intention for these songs has always been to create “primal energy”. I am inspired by extreme weather like thunderstorms and typhoons. That’s what I think you can hear on our two albums. The building up and culmination of extreme weather!

Music business…
I think there are too many other bands. Millions of them. It’s very hard to stand out and it seems to be getting far too superficial and easy to pigeon hole groups over image or song content. Having said that I think the internet has revolutionised the way bands get heard. It’s not all about being from Los Angeles or New York anymore.

Band members:
Robin Blackmore (vocals&guitar), Ramon Castillon (guitar), Remy Daragon (drums), Gaz Rackham (bass&Bvs)

Interviewing: Robin Blackmore

Song name:  The Temple Comes Down
Music Genre/ category :Alt. Rock
Most of the songs I write are not about anything specific rather word paintings. I use a lot of spiritual imagery in the lyrics borrowing ideas from Hinduism, Islam, Christianity, Judaism and Buddhism. Some of the songs are also inspired by astronomy.

I would love to have 5 minutes alone with….
I would love to meet my favourite singer-songwriter Jonah Matranga. He’s been a huge influence on my songwriting and my singing. You can hear a lot of his voice in mine. There are other vocal heroes of mine such as Maynard James Keenan of Tool who I would NOT like to meet because he seems a little rude.
