It can be difficult to manage a collaboration while upholding your own standards but as a woman in this business, you learn how to get along and still stay in your own lane. It’s very important to have a strong team of people around you. This year I plan on focusing on touring and perhaps live streaming .

Music business..
and what pros and cons have you experienced in the music thus far? I love music and now that I am singing I love it too. I got started in music in 1998 in San Francisco, CA and then was discovered as a model… next Backup dancer in Los Angeles… But music is there for the victim (like me I am a random act of police brutality survivor) or the bullied or the lovesick or the dancer or the dreamer in ways that people are not. I have been let down in the music industry: hit on, attacked verbally, physically, sexually: just as in life. I find it sexist and at the same time enticing and a form of expression that is sweet! I often feel condescended and sexually harassed so I have thicker tougher skin and am very strong. I entered the music biz in 1998 when I auditioned for the first time in San Francisco. I got lost in the jargon there of being backup so not much remains. Maybe two singles on cassette tape so cool cassette tapes that is. Men though are having to see us women as equals and the sisters who are bringing it to the music and dance industry are groundbreaking artists who pave the way for artists like me.

I would love to have 5 minutes alone with…
Mariah Carey so I have prettier hair I always look so straggly and tomboy… Madonna to dance with her… Janet Jackson or any of the above choreographer… Gosh the cutest most creative guy in music and dance… hmmm that’s a tough question. I’m going to have to say Ella Fitzgerald so that I can remember that God (Buddha) supports me in life and how to remain cheerful despite any and all odd. She is the woman I most admire and love.

Be My Fantasy..
was mixed, written and mastered at Chapman Recording with Mixed Emotions Music and Kenny Lewis.

The Story…
I always wanted to entertain. Sing, dance, act, direct. Making up dance routines in my room and singing lead in nightclubs. So at first life was dour sour and all work. Then I began to listen to dance music in clubs and follow DJs and artists and gogo dance and stuff . I want to cause pleasure on the dance floor. I’d say this is my number one goal. I have a good idea that when you hear this song you will get out your dancing shoes…wind up on the dance floor.

I live in Kansas City, Missouri…
the music, art, dance, and fashion scene here is exciting and inspirational! Sweetness! I love rock music, house music, and DJ scene with dance. It’s a developing city still so we sing and dance and drink and kiss in cool spaces with great art and fashion! Sweetness is music.
