GETTING TO KNOW RON TUTTLE a.k.a CASPER
by Jacqueline Jax host of A.V.A Live Radio
I feel and know that the music business is a rough one!
But to many artist are sounding a like in this day and age originality is the key to me but it’s getting lost. If you go back as far as the 50s and 60’s recording not one artist sound the same. Record labels need to take a chance on more new different original music instead of staying conformable in their shell. That’s how I see it anyways. In my 16 years of being in it one of my pros was winning the Toronto International Reggae Music Award for dance hall album of the year for “ When U whine It”. One of my cons was no one wanted to produce a white reggae artist so I had to learn how to produce myself.
Jamaican reggae superstar Shaggy
Well, I get inspired by him because he’s always making hits! I admire his passion in his music and I believe if we connect it would be inspirational.
The song is about my real life struggles and taking a leap of faith
into the unknown with God. I was feeling stress out as we all do sometimes and I wrote this song for myself and the others to inspire them to keep their faith even through their rough times.

Yes I wrote this song on a stressful period time in my life.
I recorded this song with my 6 month son in my arms.
Well, this song is a very spiritual inspirational song.
It was meant to be uplifting and motivate people to keep their faith no matter how hard the struggle.
I live in the city of Toronto
and the music scene is great but we need more reggae venues.
ACC centre, Opera House to name a few.
