GETTING TO KNOW JOHN WYN WILLIAMS A.K.A DJ:W

Especially being a DJ. That may just be my perspective, the part of the country where I live, there just isn’t the opportunities available for the kinda DJ I want to be. It takes a lot of hard work, patience and dedication to start breaking into it, I know that much .
I would love to have 5 mins with ‘DJ Mark E G’.
He is a hero from childhood, from my very first hardcore days when I used to walk the streets with me mates, or sat in parks listening to Cassette tapes. Have seen him live 5 or 6 times and the passion and enthusiasm he brings to the stage is immense. He really is a 1 unique and talented DJ.
Electro/Tech house sessions
This mix is Called DJ:W Electro/Tech House Sessions.
It was a Broadcast on a radio show I broadcast weekly on from home called Raverholics Radio. It is a local station featuring 8-10 local Dj’s on rotation either Live or replay of older sets. It is inspired by a new found love for Electro House and tech house and Breakbeats. It turned out to be very enjoyable and one of those mixes where ‘almost’ everything goes spot on.
My music is intended to inspire and create great vibes.
Everyone (almost) loves music in one way or other. The good thing with me is I’m shaking things up mix in, mix out! Every mix is unique, and fresh, never the same. Also I cater for many genre’s and hope to spread my sound to ears that thought they didn’t want to hear it, and convert them. 😉
I live in Gosport, Hampshire, United Kingdom.
It is right next to Portsmouth, some like to call it the ‘Arsehole of Britain’! to give non UK people some perspective of where I am.
I am currently Resident DJ at 2 out of 3 of the ‘nightclubs’ in the town.
The scene around these 3 clubs is a very ‘chart’, ‘pop’ and ‘RnB’ and ‘Request’ driven. I am at my best in a ‘Rave’ environment where my creativity can flow uninterrupted.
