My personal definition of success is..
Success is working hard and surpassing your best time and time again! Collaborating with Tyga has always been on top of my dream collab list! I was so excited when I found out he wanted to collab with me this past single 😀

My over all goal for my life & career is…
Do what I love…be happy and create music that makes other people happy.

3 Ways that I challenge myself…

1) push the boundaries in my music.

2)try to incorporate elements from multiple genres into one song.

3)get out of my comfort zone when it comes to songwriting and try new topics.

Music has been always been a huge part of my life!
When I was 17-years-old I was discovered by Michael Jackson’s long time manager Frank DiLeo who broke me into the music business 🙂

I Might Go Lesbian (feat. Tyga)…
I was pretty bold with this song. I took inspiration mostly from my own dating experiences and some from my closest friends’. The story is pretty much all there in the lyrics of the song no holding back this time 😉 I’ve encountered too many jerks of guys in my life… heart breakers, liars, cheaters. Where as I’ve encountered so many fabulous souls of women. Plus us ladies are pretty damn sexy too 😉 I definitely do not think it is a choice on who you are attracted to. But for us people who are attracted to both men and ladies it’s our choice which (or both!) we want to pursue/be in a relationship with. I think a lot more people than come out to it are attracted to both (or more) sexes, but because of the pressures of society sometimes don’t pursue all their attractions. I think artists like Miley Cyrus who are leading the open sexuality and love who you love movement are great! I hope this will give people more confidence and reassurance to be themselves in their sexuality and know that there are so many people out there who will not judge but embrace them!

I never hold back in my songwriting 🙂 My last single I charted number 12 on US Billboard Sales…I want to top that with this one! 😀
Las Vegas!
I love this city because music is a huge part of the nightlife here. Plus all my favorite artists always stop here on their tours! And there are so many super delicious restaurants 😛

Music business…
Pros is there are so many creative people in the business… cons is there are also a lot of divas. LOL

Social media…
I LOVE social media! It’s so amazing how I can instantly connect with millions of fans from all around the world… with just the tap of a button 😀 Challenges… it can get a bit addicting.

Singles vs an album…
Singles are great to release when you are doing a radio campaign to go along with it. You can focus all your energy and time on promoting that one song to get it up the charts!

I would love to have 5 minutes alone with…
Beyoncé to pick her brains! She has had and continues to have one of the most amazing careers in the music industry.

Music Trends…
I like to balance current and trendy with inspirations from the past when it comes to my music 🙂

I am most afraid of…
getting vocal nodules! Isn’t every singer…
