How do you stay focused and balance creating with life.
These days I try to work on music in a more isolated environment to stay focused. I used to have people in my studio all the time but it can be a deterrent from creating and getting things done so now I balance it all out by keeping my social life and creating life separate.

Lately I might say that sometimes routine helps me to make things easier. Discipline is a key factor in making everything work.

It could sound boring but from my point of view even fun can be boring. So even if they say that everything is already written, I rely on my decisional power and my strong will to make it all work.

What piece of music advice forever changed your way of thinking?
(I can get no) satisfaction, when I was 8 years old. Sums up my outlook on continuing to push myself and strive for something more.

Creating music..
I travel. I record here and there, alone, in studios, in different cities, at home. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night to write down something, sometimes when I’m too far from a recording device I do call my cell phone and play some melodies or a riff with my saxophone or my guitar or a random piano to my voice mail to don’t lose the flow, and sometimes all of this turn into a song. I definitely love playing my baritone sax. My favourite equipment is my voice, so myself.

Song name: Wet Dream
Music Genre: Flourishing Rock / Rock / Solid Rock

This song is about..
Wet dream is a lucid dream brought in music. It is surrealism. It is a painting, a vision, a Totem.

It is an awakening, a lucid wet dream where she and I are in love, drinking tea, naked, in the dirt, in the sea, in the sand, in the jungle, in the mud.

There, where time and space do not exist, where the sea touches the sky, where I’m gonna get another wet dream..

My music is…
I can call it flourishing solid rock, I see it as a painting, a canvas on canvas, a piece of rusty piece of metal upon which by the brain radioactivity grow emulsifying flowers. It is rock’n’roll and it is funky. It is No Wave. It can remind to Talking Heads somehow, to the late Sly Stone and Lou Reed of Street Hassle and The Bells. I’ve been making music for over 30 years.

My music definitely represents me. All and all it is my ultimate release. It is an instant picture, it is a one night stand. I’m already working forward on brand new material and this album is where the party started with furious toughness.

Different sounds come into my head and I try to capture them by incorporating that into my music. I’ll use as many realistic sounds in different ways as I can.
