I live in Orlando, FL…
The music scene here is dying. It’s mostly rap artists looking for someone to collaborate or metal heads looking for a revival. I absolutely love rap & metal but my problem with people and the music scene these days is that everyone wants to go from 0 to 100 over night and skip all the ‘in-between’. Right now, the world is in a place of individualism. I just hope we can work together to reach a goal and share the love.

I think it’s important to focus on making yourself stand out on social media. It’s also important to learn as much as you can yourself to be in control of your career. This year I’m making it a priority to build my Youtube Channel.

I also believe in the power of positive attraction to bring new beginning my way. 2017 is going to be an incredible year.

Music…
I have two EPs. “In Light & Desperation” and “All This Time”. They are two completely different personalities. ILAD is dark, mysterious, longing. I am so proud of this EP because of its character and because we really made about 95% of this CD is all from scratch. There are no loops, or samples.

The intro to the EP is literally made using oscillation knobs while the other plays piano. If someone could sit and have their undivided attention, and listen to every detail – the goal would be for you to feel what I feel. The lyrics are very honest and hit home with me.

I wanted to try something different with “All This Time”. The goal for this EP was for radio play. “All This Time” is happy, and easy to sing to. If you don’t walk away from my music with one song stuck on your head or left feeling somewhat refreshed, I haven’t done my job. I haven’t quite figured what I want in my next CD. “In Light & Desperation” is more of my groove. I think a balance of the EP I have now would be a gentle compromise.

Miracle…
I wrote “Miracle” after breaking up with my girlfriend. We dated on & off for about 2 ½ years. I was 22 at the time. She was almost 10 years older than I was. She never quite grasped how to love herself. I noticed that almost every girl feels that they need to live up to a certain expectation. I’m mainly talking about appearance.

In retrospect, and after dating my ex, you could just see the look on her face. That she just wasn’t satisfied with herself. Just her natural beauty. Who she is. I wanted all women to know that they are beautiful for who they are. Don’t listen to the tabloids, or compare yourself to other people. You were made to be you. A miracle.

I would love to sit with Bryce Avary of The Rocket Summer….
He has been such an inspiration for me. I’ve been listening to The Rocket Summer since my early high school years, if not, sooner. He plays all the instruments in his music and produces his music as well. I always thought that was so cool! I decided to learn other instruments as well. At the moment, I play drums, bass, and guitar on all my music.
