These are real stories not imagination and not make believe. These things hurt and that’s why people relate to them. I’m not the only one to feel these things and the fans aren’t either.

What defines our “Success”…
being able to produce and perform music, and still be able to provide for myself and my family. I was put on this earth to create not struggle to pay property taxes. 🙂
How do you move forward each day to create a more successful road for the band?
- It takes a ton of work. You have to be on your game both networking, perfecting my skills and focusing on sales.
- You have to develop a terrific reputation as a working band that’s not only dependable but consistent over time both in quality and professionalism.
- Cash & Connections: You can buy yourself PR exposure, radio exposure or even buy into a tour. Networking helps but you’ve got to focus on getting yourself into peoples eye line. That’s the DIY movement.
What piece of music advice forever changed your way of thinking
To always write from the heart. Write what you know. When we finally wrote “the razorblade diaries”, the difference was me really opening myself up to the audience. That was both hard and scary; it made me quite vulnerable. Those songs mean something to me and to the people that listen. All the music is special to me from “the reality crush” to “say” which is still too difficult to perform live.
I live in..
Long Island, NY. A suburb of NYC. The region is inundated with cover bands, and a population looking for music from when “life was better” – basically, the songs from when they were in high school. but the area is starving for genuine music and real life story tellers. there is a small scene emerging of people that “still believe”; and a very loud underground music scene is ripe for the next big music scene, ala Seattle of the 90’s
Song name: Quietmind
Music Genre: Hard Rock
This song is about…
this song is about reflection and depression; the end of the line when all you’ve done is made mistakes and made the wrong decisions ending up alone, in the quiet of the twilight of our time here.
Our music is driven by the world around us. I don’t write stories; i write memories, and current events. If i can live through the story, then someone else can connect with it.
