I was born in a small village in Burkina Faso to farmers as my mother, a wife-in-house used to sing either working or teasing us. Her voice inspired me and is no doubt the reason why I sing today.
I still remember my childish songs at my tenth. Without any dream of becoming a professional Singer, I incognito started creating a songbook at the secondary school as writing was becoming a passion.
During a Holliday vacation in a neighboring country, I felt inspired by a fellow churchman to start learning acoustic guitar and the story goes on with some serious projects…

Who has been the most influential in your music?
My mother is! She’s so far the one to support me in any circumstance, just to have me happy.
When did you know that this was the right path for you?
My first song was recorded in 2006 with a clip video. At this time the internet was so limited. It was an auto production. However, I still remember how I was waking up in the middle of the night by some fans calling from different countries watching my videos. I understood that I should go further. I never considered how powerful the internet was until that moment.
What do you most hope to accomplish with your influence?
This is my passion. It’s exciting to me every day that I get to create something new. I would love to see my music benefit the world through my lyrics. If I can somehow help some communities in need as through music, it would be a dream come true.

The biggest obstacle was the discouraging words from some members of my family. I’ve had siblings who insisted that I could do better than a musician. This wasn’t my original path and to some, it seems like I have misdirected my path, but I am overcoming it is only my conviction can do.
What do you want people to remember most about you and your career? An idealist of a better world.
What are you most looking forward to this next month?
I’m excited to improve the presence of my brand in seo’s as well as in social media. It’s important for every artist to have a solid presence online so I started a newsletter to stay in better touch with the people who enjoy my music and want to be supportive of the arts.
